Caitlyn Ottenheimer

Caitlyn Ottenheimer, originally from Bloomington, Illinois, currently serves as the Operations Manager for Giordano Dance Chicago. She began her formal dance training in central Illinois before attending Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Contemporary Dance, along with a certificate in Arts Administration. During her time at IU, Caitlyn had the privilege of performing in works by prominent choreographers, including Larry Keigwin, Roger Jeffrey, Angie Hauser, Elizabeth Shea, Selene Carter, and Roberta Wong.


After graduation, Caitlyn moved to Chicago, where she performed with NoumenonDance Ensemble for five seasons. She also held the position of Program Coordinator for Joffrey Community Engagement, where she coordinated the After School Matters program and Joffrey Community Extensions program, while also teaching students across the Chicagoland area. Caitlyn also worked as a dance instructor and Studio Manager at Kaleidoscope Dance during this time. 


Caitlyn is thrilled to serve as the Operations Manager of Giordano Dance Chicago, working alongside a talented team and a company that fuels her passion for dance and the arts.
