GDC offers a no-cost, 14-class residency in under-resourced Chicago Public Schools, integrating Science and Health with Jazz Dance—teaching 350+ students, leading 250+ classes, and providing 800 free performance tickets to schools and community organizations across Chicago.

designed for an intimate, unforgettable experience with Nan Giordano and the GDC dancers.

The program pairs young dancers with a GDC company member for guidance, support, and professional insight. Mentees also perform a GDC repertoire piece at the Summer Intensive.

• FaceTime with their Mentor

• Shadowing and GDC company class in Chicago

• Backstage experience at a home season performance

• Full scholarship to a GDC workshop

• Q&A with GDC’s Artistic Team and Mentor
