America's Original Jazz Dance Company

Originally from Ocean City, Maryland, George Brous began his dance training at Seaside Dance Academy, where he had the opportunity to work with esteemed choreographers including Marinda Davis, Dylan Pearce, Kristin Sudeikis, and Jason Williams. He continued his dance education at The University of Arizona, earning a BFA in Dance and a minor in Business Administration. While at the university, George performed in several works by choreographers such as Paul Taylor, Bill T. Jones, Frank Chaves, Autumn Eckman, Tamara Dyke-Compton, Sam Watson, Michael Williams, and Hayley Meier. George is in his third season with Giordano Dance Chicago, most recently being promoted to the main company. Here, he has had the opportunity to tour both nationally as well as internationally with the organization. He is also certified in the Basic, Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of the Nan Giordano Certification Program®.
