What: Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago is seeking male and female dancers for the main company, must be at least 22 years old. Dancers must have strong ballet and jazz technique. GJDC consists of ten dancers, five men and five women. Salaried non-union contracts are offered. The company tours nationally and internationally. Giordano II positions are also available starting at the age of 20. Though unpaid, Giordano II rehearses with the company daily and learns the company repertoire.

Repertoire includes choreography by Gus Giordano, Randy Duncan, Nan Giordano,
Christopher Huggins, Liz Imperio, Ron De Jesus, Kiesha Lalama, Jon Lehrer, Mia Michaels,
Davis Robertson, Mark Swanhart, Autumn Eckman, and Rennie Harris.

Dancers from all ethnic origins are encouraged to audition. Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago is an equal opportunity employer.
